Help Wanted: Part-Time Speech Therapist (SLP) – New Jersey
Beacon Pediatric Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for a caring, skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team!
This is a part-time position (3–4 days per week) with after-school hours and Saturday mornings, ideal for someone who loves working with children from toddlers through teens.
Position Highlights
- Part-time: 3–4 days/week, after-school hours + Saturday mornings
- Work with children ages 1½ through teens
- Warm, supportive pediatric therapy environment

- Clinical Fellows (CFs are welcome!) – supervision provided
Preferred Experience (Not Required, but a Plus!)
- Feeding therapy experience
- AAC (Augmentative & Alternative Communication) exposure or interest
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and provide 1:1 treatment for speech, language, feeding, and communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Communicate progress with parents and caregivers
- Maintain documentation in accordance with professional standards
- Collaborate professionally with internal team members
Requirements
- NJ Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility (CFs welcome)
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A passion for helping children and families
